My chiropractor suggested the I get a fit from John at Central Florida bike fit. I did the 2 hour fit and could feel the difference right away. We ride about 25 miles twice a week and I have no pain and feel great on the bike. John was very thorough and took the time to fit me to my bike. My wife had also had a fit and feels the same that the fit decreases pain and allows for a better ride. Our advise - its worth it.

John came to my home and took me through his process of measuring and evaluating me and my bike. He made various adjustments, got me on the bike, measured and adjusted some more, all the while explaining to me what he was doing and asking me how each change impacted my riding and comfort. I'm not a racer, just a slow, steady commuter, but I could feel an immediate improvement when I rode to work the next day, both in power and in comfort. About eight weeks later, I am very pleased with the results. Given how much I ride my bike, it was money well spent. I would gladly call on John again and would recommend him to my friends.
[Update 14 months later: The lingering problems I wanted to solve are now solved. I no longer have a sore back that I need to stretch every 20-30 minutes or every time I stop at a light, and I no longer experience numbness in my hands when I ride. More importantly, the numbness that stayed with me when I was off the bike is completely gone. Thanks again, John!]

John is amazing! He has spent not just one time with me, but two other times as well to ensure my bike fit is perfect and fits my needs. I cycle almost everyday, so making sure the adjustments are fit to my size is important. John is very responsive and professional and I would not recommend anyone else but him in the Orlando area! He is also very flexible with time as well.

Amazing bike fit experience with John. I have been riding for 1 year and was mentally exhausted of riding with pain, feeling numbness, etc. every single ride. John assessed my current flexibility, did body measurements, including sit bones, and adapted the bicycle to fit my body. Since then I have been riding with comfort. He is very passionate about the bike fit process and making sure you will minimize pain and discomfort on the bike while maximizing your power output on the bike. John, will ensure that you are riding comfortably by the end of the bike fit process. If you wish to know what it's like to ride with comfort on your bicycle for hours and/or are interested in riding/pedaling properly/efficiently then I recommend you invest in the bike fit experience with John.

Where to start!! Being a massage therapist I understand how important it is for our body’s to move in it’s most natural form while performing activities to prevent injury and discomfort. I was currently experiencing discomfort while riding and didn’t feel “natural” while riding. Constantly having to shift in the saddle to relieve some glute discomfort and constantly change hand positions to load most of the weight on my shoulders to compensate for the numbness that was occurring down my leg. After being recommended to John from a triathlete, I was left in shock as to all the changes that needed to be made in order to get me riding in a position that was suitable for my body due to the imbalances and changes that have occurred in my body over the years that stemmed from a back injury years ago. John was able to help me get back to riding in the most comfortable position without having any discomfort and most importantly, keep a more consistent power output while on the bike. Anyone who rides a bike, any type of bike, and regardless of your level of riding, if you’re experiencing discomfort and want to be able to perform at your best while on the bike and be comfortable, then John is your guy. I couldn’t be any happier with the outcome and look forward to riding even more now than ever! Another great thing about John and central Florida bike fit is that, he came and did the bike fit right in the comfort of my own house. Couldn’t be more pleased with his service and his level of knowledge and professionalism. Thank you very much John!

I've used John for my last few bike fits. He's worked with me on road bikes, gravel and even my Wahoo Kickr. He's nailed it every time, allowing me to ride in comfort while not sacrificing power.
I can't recommend him enough. Every penny is well spent!

John is a knowledgeable and professional bike fitter. He took the time to listen to the challenges I had achieving a solid ride, and adjusted my bike so I could gain the most comfort. He was thorough and the adjustments he did greatly reduced the discomfort I was having riding. I highly recommend his bike fit skills.

John was a true professional and the overall experience was wonderful. 10 out of 10 would recommend seeing the “Bike Whisperer.” John ensured a proper fit by deeply understanding my bio-mechanics and past medical history, but more importantly, he restored the joy I’ve been missing with an improper fit. Other than buying the bike itself, this is the best money I have spent on any bike-related stuff or service. John is meticulous and very detail-oriented. I had issues with hand-numbness, shoes hot spotting, and neck and shoulder aches on longer rides that have gone completely. This has been absolutely worth it.
