          A Bike Sizing will take 1 hour and cost 95.00                                                            This involves an interview to understand the rider and any current issues with their bike, then 3 body essential assessments to establish body averages to use to create a neutral cycling position.                                                                                                                  

The full Medical Bike Fit for road/mountain bikes will take 2 hours and costs 175.00

This involves a detailed medical interview of the rider to understand what type of rider they are, any issues with their bike, and a review of their injury history.  Next, we perform a 21-point assessment of their body to understand, ranges of motion, leg lengths, sit bone size, and skeleton angles to provide a detailed picture of the rider's body and then use this information to fit their bike and shoes looking at 15 points of contact to match the bike to the rider's body. 

The full Medical Bike Fit for Triathlon bikes will take 3 hours and costs 200.00

This involves a detailed medical interview of the rider to understand what type of rider they are, any issues with their bike, and a review of their injury history.  Next, we perform a 21-point assessment of their body to understand, ranges of motion, leg lengths, sit bone size, and skeleton angles to provide a detailed picture of the rider's body and then use this information to fit their bike and shoes looking at 15 points of contact with a detailed focus of the aero position to match the bike to the rider's body. 

       Second bike matched to fit numbers 1 hour and costs 75.00

More than one bike, we can match your fit position to a second bike, the  process will usually take one hour and may  involve changing some components.

      The Peleton fit lasts 1 hour and costs 100                                                                The Peleton Fit is an in-home service that involves an interview to understand the rider and any current issues with their Peleton, then 3 body essential assessments to establish body averages to use to create an efficient indoor cycling position.                                          

The Bike Sizing and Medical Fit are available as a in-home service for an additional 25.00 to 50.00 dependant on travel distance.
